Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
